We offer our players the regions only teams that feature an extensive and competitive travel schedule to the largest tournaments in the eastern states,  featuring teams from Ohio, Arizona, West Virginia, New York, Florida, Michigan, and more.  If you want to play the top teams in the United States then make the Team Impact pa Program  your choice.

Participate in a program that is designed to put you in an atmosphere exactly like you would experience on a college team.  Our coaches have college level coaching experience, the only program in Western Pennsylvania with college level coaches. If you want to learn the skills, techniques and game philosophy  required to be successful in college then the Team Impact pa program is your answer. 

The Team Impact pa program is recognized by college coaches as the premier 18u-16u-14u-12u-10u  teams in Western Pennsylvania.  We have placed over 110 players into college programs at all levels from D1 to NAIA over the last 27years.

We will be fielding teams at  10u-12u-14u-16u-18u

• 10u & 12u teams will play a primarily local 6 tournament schedule plus 3 out of town tournaments

• 14u team will play a split schedule with 4 out of town showcase tournaments and 5 local tournaments

• 16u team will play a competitive 8 tournament schedule with 7 showcase tournaments out of town with most at 18u and will be attending a fall showcase tournament in Ohio

• 18u team will play a 4 or 5 tournament local schedule plus one selected out of town event for those older players who are looking for a competitive team with less of a travel commitment

• All teams will participate in a fall practice schedule and will attend several local tournaments. 

• All teams will have a winter indoor practice schedule that includes weekly Hitting & Pitching instruction and clinics. At least one winter indoor tournament will be attended by all teams.

• Team Impact Pa is the regions oldest and longest running fast pitch softball program.  Team Impact is the new name of our organization the Metro Express which was founded in 1984.  We have changed our name to reflect our programs transition into the modern era of fast pitch softball and a new approach to developing players for the changing and challenging competitive softball that is now being played in our region. 

•  We are committed to developing players entering our program at any age level with sound fundamental skills and a knowledge of the game that they can build on as they move up through our program right on to the 18u age level because they will receive overall program developed instruction and skill work that is consistent from one age group to the next.  Our players receive instruction from our combined coaching staff, which means all of our coaches work with all our players at all age groups to help maximize their skill development as they progress and won't have to learn new skills or a new system when they move up in age group.
